Product Description
The FstSort electronic tomato weight grading production line consists of an elevator, a weight grader, an empty crate conveyor, and packing tables.
Tomatoes are fed into the elevator and then enter the weight grader, where each fruit is sorted by weight. Empty crates are placed on the conveyor, transported to the rear of the grader, and manually positioned on the packing tables, which then carry them to the far end. After grading, the tomatoes are conveyed to the packing tables via belt conveyors. The two grading belts deliver tomatoes to a combined packing table. The belt on each packing table for every grade can run in continuous cycle. Packers lift a tray from the overhead roller, place the tomatoes on a detached bench scale, weigh them, and then set the tray onto the lower level conveyor for onward transport.
